Hall bookings are now shown for the current month and the next month. Please take the next month bookings as an indication as they might change.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – the hall bookings show specific events which have had a ‘booking’ for the hall. They do not cover activities such as flower arrangers for the church, church and hall cleaning, church committee meetings etc. These are flexed around bookings and the availability of the volunteers.
We do consider bookings which needed to leave equipment / displays in the hall overnight but these need to be discussed. Extra charges will apply and consideration has to be given access to the church. Access to the toilets, kitchen and office must not be blocked and, obviously, the fire exit must be kept clear at all times.
